On October 31, the third summit of Sino German (Shenyang) High end Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Committee and 2022 International Automobile Digital and Intelligent Manufacturing Conference were held in the conference center of the Global Industrial Internet Conference. With the theme of "integrating innovation and accelerating digital and intellectual transformation of the automobile industry", the conference gathered experts, scholars, enterprises and institutional representatives from various fields of China and Germany to focus on innovation drive, promote the deepening and expansion of China Germany cooperation, and build a new pattern of international exchanges and cooperation.

Sino German (Shenyang) High end Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Innovation Committee") was officially established in June 2019. It is composed of enterprises and institutions, social organizations, universities and research institutes related to high-end equipment manufacturing industries in China and Germany, and has established three specialized sub committees, namely, Industrial Internet, intelligent equipment and dual education, including BMW Brilliance, SAP, GIZ, Francoff Research Institute, Siemens Group, Neusoft Group, Xinsong Group, Shenyang Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Northeast University, etc. Focus on building five platforms: think tank consultation, foreign cooperation, learning and sharing, solution and implementation, and industrial development.
On October 31, the Automobile Digitalization Committee was established, adding new member units such as FEV of Germany, Hollysys Shinyue Quartz, Neusoft Ruichi, Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and the total number of member units increased to 152.
This year, the third summit of the Innovation Committee has set up branch venues in Shenyang Zhongguancun Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center and Heidelberg, Germany, in a combination of online and offline. During the meeting, experts and scholars from China and Germany focused on intelligent manufacturing and intelligent equipment: key technologies and development trends, the status quo and trends of intelligent manufacturing in Germany, the scientific and technological innovation planning and progress of intelligent manufacturing in China during the "14th Five Year Plan" period, the industrial planning and progress of intelligent manufacturing in China during the "14th Five Year Plan" period, the exploration and practice of 5G+, industrial AI and digital twin technologies in the field of automobile intelligent manufacturing, the planning and practice of BMW Brilliance intelligent manufacturing The future oriented global automobile intelligent manufacturing, the current situation and trend of China's automobile intelligent manufacturing and other topics were discussed in depth and high-level dialogue. At the sub forums, they fully exchanged views on such issues as green digitalization of intelligent manufacturing enterprises, integration of digital automobile R&D and production services, dual system education development, exploration and practice of digital chemical plants for the next generation of automobiles, and construction of green supply chain for automobiles under the dual carbon background.
Releasing the potential of development, Sino German Park doubled its economic output

As the backbone enterprise of China's heavy machinery industry, NHI is well known for manufacturing heavy equipment from large countries, but few people know that it is such a "big man" who has meticulously crafted high-quality automobile steering products and is equipped with a medical supervision and medical insurance vehicle to escort China's aerospace industry. Since the implementation of the hybrid transformation, NHI has invested a lot of money in intelligent production and manufacturing, renovated and upgraded the production line, and launched the big data production system, laying the foundation for the enterprise's intelligent manufacturing. According to the staff, NHI will combine new technology with its own production characteristics, accelerate the application of information technology in traditional manufacturing, and explore a new way for China's heavy equipment manufacturing industry to achieve intelligent production as soon as possible.
At the meeting, the relevant leaders of the Creative Committee awarded the licenses to representatives of 10 new member companies in China and Germany, including Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Weilai Holding Co., Ltd., German FEV Group, Greeler Cable Co., Ltd., and Hollysys Xinyue Quartz (China) Co., Ltd.
"Sino German Park has provided us with considerate enterprise services and convenient living facilities." Wen Bo, general manager of Greeler Cable Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., said in an interview with the media that, "There is convenient transportation here, with the subway extending to the Sino German Park; there is a saying that the Tourmaline Manzhan Foreign Children's School, where children can obtain German certificates; there is a Jishuitan Hospital, which connects the convenient medical insurance system in Europe. We will also continue to increase the investment of enterprises in the Sino German Park, and introduce the Sino German Park to more European enterprises and friends."
The Sino German Park among enterprise representatives is the Sino German (Shenyang) high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park officially approved by the State Council in December 2015, and the first strategic platform in China with the theme of Sino German high-end equipment manufacturing industry cooperation, which has been upgraded to a national strategy. The park has a planned area of 48 square kilometers, focusing on the development of five major industries: intelligent equipment, high-end equipment, automobile manufacturing, industrial services and strategic emerging industries. The development is positioned as a new engine for the transformation and development of Shenyang, a pilot area for the strategic cooperation between Made in China and German Industry 4.0, an exploration area for a new open economy system, a demonstration area for the development of international advanced equipment manufacturing industry, and a leading area for innovation driven and green intensive development.
At present, the park has introduced more than 420 enterprises such as BMW Brilliance, ZF, Muber, 127 foreign-funded enterprises and 72 German funded enterprises. The investment scale of automobile and parts industry cluster has reached 80 billion yuan, and the output value of biological medicine has exceeded 10 billion yuan.
Adhere to digital empowerment and create a "new engine" for Shenyang's transformation and development
As a strategic cooperation pilot zone between Made in China and German Industry 4.0, in recent years, Sino German Park has been constantly expanding and strengthening leading industries such as automobile manufacturing, consolidating the base of digital infrastructure, promoting high-quality opening to the outside world, building a first-class business environment in line with international standards, and striving to build the main engine for Shenyang to build a national central city.
At present, Sino German Park has achieved full coverage of 5G network, and 5G application scenarios in the industrial field have been widely used; The "Xinghuo Chain Network" super node (Shenyang) was started for trial operation; China Germany International Innovation Incubation Center has settled in 30 domestic and foreign enterprises; Liaoning Branch of China Industrial Internet Research Institute, Liaoning Province Industrial Internet Security Situation Awareness Platform, Ziguang Sino German Industrial Internet Innovation and Promotion Center and other digital service platforms are operating well; The Sino German Innovation Commission was included in the bilateral vice ministerial consultation mechanism; The permanent site of the Global Industrial Internet is located in the park.
Through the above infrastructure improvement, platform acceleration and development space advantages, Sino German Park is cooperating to promote digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, actively exploring the digital transformation road embodying the characteristics of the park, and constantly strengthening and optimizing the "digital intelligence" economy.
It is reported that since the establishment of the Sino German Park, the total economic output has doubled and leapfrog growth has been achieved. In 2021, the total industrial output value above designated size of the park will reach 94.61 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 19%. Full scale tax revenue reached 12.23 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 16%. Investment in fixed assets was 14.19 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 29%. It has been awarded the titles of Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Pilot Demonstration Park, Industrial Internet National New Industrialization Industry Demonstration Base, National International Science and Technology Cooperation Base, National Overseas Talents Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, Green Industrial Park, etc. by national ministries and commissions.
Building a first-class environment, opening and cooperation, and constantly radiating the "West" attraction
The Sino German Park continues to expand international communication channels and promote high-level opening. In the future development, the Sino German Park will give full play to the national park brand and industrial agglomeration effect, and build a high-end equipment manufacturing base with global influence, a strategic platform for economic and technological cooperation between China and Germany, and an important window for opening the northeast region. By 2025, Sino German Park will be built into an international, intelligent and green high-end equipment manufacturing park. With the joint promotion of China and Germany, the Sino German (Shenyang) High end Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Committee will also become a solid platform and an important carrier for Sino German cooperation, helping China and Germany share new ideas and seek new chapters.
